Prerequisites
Have completed a 2-day Mental Health First Aid course within the last 2 or 3 years. When training is delivered online, all training will default to Zoom, unless otherwise specified. This course is not a therapy/support group and is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 to attend. If you have experienced a recent crisis or bereavement linked to mental health, we recommend that you wait 12-18 months before attending Mental Health First Aid training.

The conversation around mental health and wellbeing—particularly in the workplace—is constantly evolving. New language, approaches, and best practices continue to emerge.
